Dear all,
Hope everyone's been doing fine.
Yesterday Was a really bad day for me. Kept on disappointing people, not living up to the standards that is expected of me, not being able to remember all the things that I'm required to do...etc.
It's a really bad feeling, to be given all this responsibility, but yet not have the capacity to handle it, and I feel useless, like how I look at some people so useless in what they do and yet I'm like them.
Came back from work in the darkest mood. Really felt down. Just felt I needed God more than anything. Didn't just need prayer support, but what I really needed was him
And you know what? He came and comforted me.
I started picking up all the Godly books that I previously neglected and started reading them.
I glanced at cards that my parents used to send me from australia, with bible verses.
Read through Bible verses that my dad sent to me via sms from long ago.
Had quiet time from the first page in the daily bread that i turned to.
And from every single verse, I felt God comforting me. Telling me that I am blessed, and that no matter where we are, as long as we have him we have life meaningfully and abundantly. John 10:10.
Today was much better, 10X better, despite the fact I didn't eat from 6am (one muesli bar) to 8pm (one bowl of korean noodles) or that I was running around from camp to camp so busy or one of my colleagues got hospitalised from fits (he's fine now), I felt God had made my day, and that he had answered my prayers.
So brothers and sisters, don't give up praying. It works :)
With a bad day, he might just be using it to draw you closer to him :)

persevere bro.. God's faithful and always the one whom you can depend on!! :)
it's not about your capacity really if you think about it.. just visualise a divine exchange when you feel that you're unable to handle the task before you.. Jesus has already died for all that is in this world.. see the task at hand being nailed on the cross along with Jesus and visualise Him completing your task for you.. pray and do whatever you have to do in the Spirit and God will guide you.. in this way you wouldn't feel burdened or condemned for the Lord has taken the task for you and wouldn't it be done to perfection for our Lord is perfect? if you rely solely on your own efforts, you would surely fail in way or another..
1 Peter 5:6-7
Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that He may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.
our Daddy God is forever by our side with His arms outstretched, ready to pick us up and to aid us.. there is no need to hesitate, just ask for His help and have faith!
and very very importantly.. stop feeling condemned even if you fail (which would probably be part of God's great plan for you!=D) for there is no condemnation from Him.. the grace of God is sufficient and He loves you! we are the Righteousness of God and if our Lord is for us then who can be against us? how can a child of the Most High ever be useless? =P
2 Corinthians 12:9
But He said to me, " My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest in me.
so relax and trust in Him! feel the peace! wake up every morning knowing that you're the Child of God and that your day is in His hands.. therefore thank Him every morning for the blessed day He has prepared for you and walk out of the house feeling blessed!
Philipians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcents all your understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
lastly.. don't worry so much about tomorrow for His grace is renewed every morning.. so live each day for today! =D
Matthew 6:34
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
